DUBLIN TO BUCHAREST DAY 1

The 2016 route took the rally from Dublin to Bucharest and all the work the team had put in for the months leading up to the event came to fruition in a crazy week full of highs, lows, drama, adrenaline, supercars, celebrities and amazing destinations.

The rally officially began on Saturday 30th April and was Gumball’s first ever visit to Dublin as part of the Rally, let alone as a starting location, and what a great reception we received throughout our time in the capital.

The driver’s arrived throughout the Saturday for their rally registration at the Marker Hotel before delivering their rally cars to the grid/event space on Merrion Square. All of our sponsors were in attendance at the registration room in The Marker providing all of the driver’s with their registration packs and swag, which is a staple each year. This included Shell, Betsafe, Christie’s, Jetsmarter, Marshall, INCASE and NewEra with each stamping their own mark on the registration room with collaborative Sponsor/Gumball 3000 merchandise.
